My passion

I have been supporting leaders for almost 40 years.

I have developed a deep conviction that it is people, more than systems, who propel organizations to the top.

This is a constant leadership challenge. With little reference, the leader is alone with himself to channel the best of his collaborators.

This is when I particularly like to intervene, when questions and doubt arise: "How am I going to do that!"

This is what turns me on: supporting the leader to find his very personal way of being the catalyst, the multiplier of the latent energy of his team to be successful in business

My greatest satisfaction: making them discover, each and every one, that coherent and transparent leadership pays off.

My journey

I worked at Desjardins Group and at Rona Inc. for 35 years.

Over the years, different business contexts have emerged, moving from rationalization to rapid growth.

My career has allowed me to develop a diversified experience:

  • Strategic planning ;

  • Human resources: operations management, organizational development, compensation and labor relations;

  • Management and optimization of operations and post-acquisition integration.

Moving from advisor to vice-president and member of a management committee, I am able to understand the issues and the reality of leaders, regardless of their level and their sector in the organization.

Since 2014, I have decided to share this baggage of experience and expertise by acting as a consultant, coach and mentor.

Recognized as being respectful of people and cultures, attentive, flexible and open-minded, insightful to quickly detect issues. I put everything at the disposal of the leaders I support. Their development and success are my greatest source of motivation.

My training and my involvement

I am bilingual (French and English). I sit on the board of directors of MITACS inc. since 2012 and sat on the Board of Directors of the Father Lindsay Foundation from 2004 to 2012.

Holder of a B.Sc. from the University of Montreal, and a graduate of the CIREM / HEC Montreal advanced management development program. Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors.
